This sector can be found to be divided into different grades ranging from AD 5 to AD 16. The starting AD 5 is for the universities graduated who want to enter in EPSO. For higher recruitments, there are grades from AD6 in which one will have to get comparatively more years of experience. Then if getting to higher grades comes AD 9 to 12 which are more focused on middle management.

This administrator competition has also been fragmented to a different range of grades initiating from AS1 till AST 11.candidated who want to get in this must-have to get their secondary education fully completed with vocational qualification and also a few years of experience.

Here the grades range from AST/SC 1 till AST/SC 6. AST/SC 1 will be the entry-level with the candidates at least having any of the followings-

- Secondary education plus a diploma giving access to post-secondary education with a minimum of three years of experience that must be related to the nature of duties.
